  • Increase trust in the brand through messages of human care.

  • Generate leads for health plans.

  • Promote engagement with educational and wellness content.

  • Strengthen digital presence and unique features (such as the proprietary app).

Frequency & Mix

  • 2x per week → Inspirational/educational posts (e.g., age, body, family).
  • 1x per week → Institutional post (app, technology, differentiation).
  • 1x per week → Direct conversion post (appointment/plan).
